We utilise a coordinated approach between engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) teams to reduce schedule and cost, increase productivity and improve predictability. Our work packages are broken down into bite size chunks from the top, down to enable early knowledge driven risk and schedule forecasting, with optimised field productivity and ultimately more project certainty for you, because the last thing you need is another contractor not pulling their weight.

Integrated Planning and Field Execution
Our systemised work packaging system aligns planning and field execution. Tasks within discrete work packages are broken down into manageable short timeframes. We then record the earned value of each task. This data is fed into our system to provide accurate critical construction paths to give our Electricians the best chance of achieving our ultimate goal of completing on time, on budget and fulfilling your expectations.
The systems James and his team utilises are great. It provided me with a level of confidence not usually afforded to subcontractors I deal with.
